As a woman who has struggled with mental illness for many years, building self-confidence has been incredibly difficult. Competing in pageants has not only renewed my confidence in myself but has given me the opportunity to find my voice and share it with others. If given the opportunity to represent Missouri on the national stage, I will advocate for improved mental health resources across the state and be an ally for those working to become the best version of themselves. I’m thankful for the opportunity to represent the Central West End at Miss Missouri USA 2022 and am grateful for your support!
Hi my name is Brittany Evans and I am your Miss City of Fountains! My goal is to become your next Miss Missouri USA and then the amazing Miss USA. My mission is to reach young girls around the state and help them to pursue their dreams, just as I am. Your support and donations will help me reach my next level. Thank you for your endless love and I can't wait to be your next Miss Missouri USA.
I have a deep faith and a verse that resonates with me is Matthew 20:26 "Whoever would be great among you must be your servant". Being a contestant in this pageant is an opportunity to advance my personal growth in confidence, communication skills, courage, goal-setting, disciple, and service of others. I am excited to represent the “Kanas City Northland” this April and I appreciate all forms of support, sponsorships, and prayers on this journey to the Miss Missouri USA 2022 stage. May this experience glorify God above all.
I have chosen to compete not only to challenge myself but to show others they are worthy of what they put their mind to. Life is not only too short, but taken for granted. I am prepared to showcase what I believe I am capable of and what others could be capable of through competing for the title of Miss Missouri USA.
I am competing in the Miss Missouri Teen USA pageant to further my dream of holding a Miss title. With this title I would like to use my platform to partner with various organizations that help young girls and teens find their own self confidence and helps them to build better self-esteem. Also, this is an opportunity to grow myself, not only in those areas, but as a contributing community member as well.
I decided I wanted to participate in the Miss Missouri Teen USA pageant is because it has been a dream of mine since I was really young. A family friend that used to babysit me had participated in the pageant and told me all of the stories about the experience and how much it meant to her. I am hoping to push my boundaries more by showcasing myself to people who I do not see on a day to day basis. I look forward to the people that I will get to meet and the knowledge I will gain throughout the whole experience. It is definitely something that I am not used to and I cannot wait to explore it even more.
I believe if you stop chasing your dreams that you’ll never capture them! In 2016 when I stood on the Miss Missouri Teen USA stage, I truly had no idea how this system and organization would affect my life. I was given a platform to raise my voice and the confidence to speak on all things that are close to my heart. I have learned to listen to the opinions of others and to live with purpose. This year I will stand on the Miss Missouri USA stage for the 7th time as I compete to live out my dream as our state titleholder. I appreciate the continued support and love that I have felt over the years and hope to make everyone proud!
